Green Belt
Includes: Four days’ on-site certified instructor, training materials, examination cost, C.S.S.C. certification (Upon completion of project), Up to five, thirty minutes of 1 on 1 calls with Master Black Belt for project review and mentoring within 12 months of completion of the course, final project review. Course covers project level Lean concepts that help reduce waste in processes, improve throughput, improve value stream, introduction to basic statistics, process capability analysis and a step-by-step approach to DMAIC.
Black Belt
Includes: Fifteen days on-site certified instructor, training materials, examination cost, C.S.S.C. certification (Upon completion of project), Up to five, thirty minutes of 1 on 1 calls with Master Black Belt for project review and mentoring within 12 months of completion of the course, final project review.Week 1: Six Sigma methodology, Data Analysis, Process Control, and DMAIC team managementWeek 2: Improving business processes through LEAN applicationsWeek 3: Applying advanced statistics to analyze and improve performance.
